Since many publishers will give you varying journal list information, we have tried to make it easier to upload lists to your JST. When creating or editing an agreement all you need to do is upload a journal list in an excel format. Automation is then used to match column names and text fields (Publishing Model, License Options, Payment Option)
In this guide you will find information regarding what information should be contained within the journal list import, how the import automation works and supported column names.
This guide is made up of the following sections:
List import layout
When uploading a list there is certain information that MUST be contained within the journal list. Other information is recommended or optional.The table below provides a breakdown of each of the columns and whether they are essential, recommended or optional.

How the import process works
When importing a list within an agreement the system will automatically match the column names based on a list of supported column names. See below for a list of supported columns names
In addition for License Option, Publishing Model and Payment Option the text within the cells will be automatically match based on a list of supported field names. See below for a list of supported field names for License Options, Publishing Model and Payment Option
