In this guide you will find out how to change the Payment Option of an Agreement which will change the icon shown on the public search page
Please Note: When changing the payment option it will change for ALL journals within the list.
- First of all go to the Agreements page either from the Main Dashboard or from the Side Menu
- Now click on the Agreement you would like to update the Payment Option for.
- Go to the Payment Option field and select the Payment Option you would now like to use. In this example we are changing 'Included in Publisher Agreement' to 'No APC Charged'
- Once you have selected the Payment Option you now need to click Save Changes
- Now check in the Uploaded Journals to see that the Payment Option has been updated.
