Changing payment option for an agreement

In this guide you will find out how to change the Payment Option of an Agreement which will change the icon shown on the public search page

Please Note: When changing the payment option it will change for ALL journals within the list.

1. First of all go to the Agreements page either from the Main Dashboard or from the Side Menu
2. Now click on the Agreement you would like to update the Payment Option for.
3. Go to the Payment Option field and select the Payment Option you would now like to use. In this example we are changing 'Included in Publisher Agreement' to 'No APC Charged'
   
4. Once you have selected the Payment Option  you now need to click Save Changes
   
5. Now check in the Uploaded Journals to see that the Payment Option has been updated.
