Changing payment options per journal

This article covers how to edit the payment option of individual journals within an agreement, which will change the icon shown on the public search page. 

Step-by-Step

1. Head to the Agreements page either from the Main Dashboard or from the Side Menu
2. Now click on the Agreement for which you would like to update the Payment Options.
3. Scroll down to the table that is at the bottom of the form
4. Use the Ctrl key +F key or Option key + F key, which will bring up your browser's search. 
5. Using the journal name or ISSN to find the journal 
6. Click on the journal in the table row, and a modal window will pop up
7. Choose the new payment option from the drop-down
8. Click save. The new payment option will be automatically updated in your search
9. You can check your internal and public searches to view the changes.
