Editing a list within an agreement

There might be occasions where you need to make changes to a journal list within a current agreement. To edit, change or update your list within a current Journal Publisher Agreement  you can do this by following the step-by-step guide below.

Step-by-Step

In JST you can upload a new list to an existing agreement within the editing agreement page. 

1. Go to the Agreements page either from the Dashboard or the sidebar
2. Click on the Agreement you want to upload a new list for
3. Scroll down and click on Choose file to upload and locate the list you want to upload
   
   
4. Click on Save Changes
   
5. The list of uploaded journals will now appear for you underneath the uploaded journals. The changes will also be reflected straight away within the tool.
   
6. Note: If it is missing essential data within the import error messages will appear to inform you these need to be fixed
