For universities that have a Rights Retention Policy you may want to include information on your JST to inform your researchers of this. One way you can do this is to make use of the Additional Info box. In this guide you will find a brief overview of how you can do this.
Step-by-Step
- To add a link to your Rights Retention Policy on your Public Journal Search Page first of all click on Branding either on the Main Dashboard or from the sidebar.
- You will now arrive at the Branding page where you can make your customisations. On the General tab scroll to Email & URL
- In the Additional Info box write the text you would like displayed e.g. You have the ability to retain rights when publishing, read more here
- Then add a link by highlighting the text and clicking on the link icon
- Enter the URL to your webpage with the Rights Retention Policy, it must begin with https:// and click Save
- Then make sure to go to the top of the Branding page and click Save
- This will now appear immediately on your Public Search page
