There are three types of texts shown on your Public Journal Search Page: Information box, Starting instruction and Nothing is Found. This guide covers an overview of what these texts are and how you are able to edit them.
Step-by-Step
- To change the texts of your Public Journal Search Page first of all click on Branding either on the Main Dashboard or from the sidebar.
- You will now arrive at the branding page where you can make your customisations.
- On the General tab:
- Edit text within the search bar: This is where you can provide a prompt to your researches on searching
- Title for payment option: This is where you change the payment column header for your public search page. The default is set to Who Pays.
- On the Text tab:
- Edit text over the search bar: This is the text that appears above the search bar to introduce the search page.
- Edit text in the right information box: The Information box is where you can provide additional information to your researchers on your Public Journal Search Page (located in the top right hand corner
- Edit starting instructions text, at the middle of the page: The Starting instruction text is the first text your researchers will see when they visit your Public Journal Search Page
- Edit text when nothing is found, at the middle of the page: The When nothing is found text is show when nothing is located on the journal search page after a search has been completed
- Once you have made your changes click Save at the top of the page
