To get the most out of your search and reduce the number of clicks before a researcher finds the information they are looking for you can embed a search box into you page and also add links to imprints and publisher names on your website that will start the search already.
Embed Search
If you would like to embed your JST search into your webpage you can do this by using the code snippet found within the JST admin.
- First of all go to the Branding page either from the Main Dashboard or from the Side Menu
- Click on Widget
- Here you will find the Code Snippet for the Search Widget which you can then copy and paste into your webpage
Parameter Search URL
1. If you would like to create a direct search URL, e.g. to search for a specific imprint, you can do this by using the Parameter Search URL. The Parameter Search URL will look something like:
https://search.scifree.se/[UNIVERISTY]?
2. For terms with more than one word "+" needs to be encoded in the URL with "%2B"
Example:
https://search.scifree.se/[UNIVERISTY]?
https://search.scifree.se/[UNIVERISTY]?
