Not received login code

If you didn't receive a login code please try the below:

1. Wait a few minutes longer to see if the email code arrives, sometimes there can be a delay based on the universities mailbox settings.  Also check your inbox junk folders/ quarantine.
   1. If you find there is a delay or it has been sent to your junk or quarantine folder get in touch with your IT team to see if SciFree can be added to a safe sender list to prevent this from happening again.
2. If you still have not received the email please check you have entered the correct email address and request a new code
3. If the above has not worked please check with your other admins to confirm you have been added as an admin to JST. If you are not listed, your colleagues will be able to add you and you will then be able to login.
