SciFree Process Researcher Affiliation Management

This guide provides a brief overview of managing your affiliations in Dynamica.

Affiliations are managed in two instances. 

My Profile

Here is where you add your affiliation and department for you to gain access to the template for publishing your content.

For reviewers this is where you let the system know which university/institution/company you are affiliated it. This information will also be part of the the review information transparently shown at the end of the SciFree Review process 

Author Wizard

Depending on the manuscript the corresponding author may have multiple affiliations, using the Author Wizard, you can choose the ones you have already added, or search and add more. 

All affiliations are either approved by the university admin themselves in the case of the authors or will be checked by SciFree team.
