New Payment Options and how to edit journal by journal

Hello everyone, 

There are a few new payment options to express the following:

1. Fees May Apply: This represents if the journal is charging extra handling fees, pages fees etc., outside of your agreement.

2. Limited: This represents if there is a limited number of articles that can be published in that agreement.

3. Research Funders: This represents if the publishing fees are being paid by research funders for all researchers.

Of course, everyone can change the icon description text to how you would like to communicate to your researchers. You can do that in Branding→Icons.
